  1. in america, its coffee :)

its all starbucks's fault for making such good coffee

  2. when i was there asked for a cup of tea and was met with a glazed expression  huh?

  3. Iced tea is very popular here .... And, in the South, people drink alot of "sweet tea" (iced with simple syrup)...but we like straight, strong iced tea with no sugar.  I like lemon slices and a mint sprig, but my husband doesn't want anything in his:) ........Hot green tea has become very trendy lately, but I think it tastes like grass clippings:) .......COFFEE is the hot drink of choice here

  4. tea will never be as popular as coffee in the US.  And it won't be as popular in the US compared to the UK, but I personally love tea.   so I guess I'm in the minority.

  5. it is popular but they drink lemon tea.you cant get a cup of english tea for love nor money out there.my sister goes to america and always takes her box of co-op 99 tea bags with her and makes her own.

  6. not as popular as coffee, but major coffee retailers like starbucks serve a few kinds of tea. just not as big as it is in the UK. personally i love tea :]
