Team Australia is good. The depth of talent they have is enormous & that's what makes the difference.

If a player gets injurred there is always someone competant to replace him.

Cricket Australia puts a lot into junior developement & we can all see that the investment has & will continue to pay off big time

One In A Million...Australia have plenty of 'young' talent apart from just Shaun Marsh..We have Casson,Ronchi,Jaques,Pomersbach,Hopes,an... about 6 more up and coming youngsters..

I have faith in Australia..If we are not number 1 in 10 years we will still be a team that can win..It's the Aussie legacy to win.

Don't get too confident mate, we are doing ok, but that's not guaranteed  to buy us the next ten years. Besides, You will have a lot of egg to wipe off if we dont! lol

Edit: One in a million, you have no idea who or what we have in reserve in Australia! What a hide. The states domestic teams are overflowing with young up & coming players.

Edit: OZ, all those so-called legends were newcomers at one stage. Everyone has to start somewhere & we have such a wealth of talent coming up in the domestic & schoolboy teams. But I don't count my chickens before they're hatched, as I said earlier, even though I got 3 TDs for it!

Australia is going Ok but I would not get to cocky. Next year or so will tell how the new boys are developing.

There are a few red flags.  Ponting's, Mitch's form, Roy's health etc.  Haydo's replacement.

So I would not blow the bugle too hard yet.

Yes I'm an Aussie  

I think India will rule from now on especially in Test matches they have the numbers to replace any key player but Australia doesn't have that luxury. And also India is booming so as they get more rich they can afford to develop there young up and coming juniors which makes me nervous lol.

P.S I'm Aussie and I'm not being bias

Australia does have the potential. However, they may face tough competition now. Teams like India and Pakistan have made a big improvement.

I remember back 4-5 years ago. India used to lose by big margins against Australia. Thats not the case now, India are making more intelligent decisions and not losing by bug margins. India have also defeated Australia quite a few times now.

Australia ia a very strong team and may not easily "own" the next 10 years. Due to teams such as, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Umm, they are going well, but carelessly losing. They can win, but players are retiring.  It is a very good team, but i cant guarantee 10 years.

No Way!!!!!! India will come up to be No.1 in the next 10 years. Australia dont have any young  talent except Shaun Marsh. Ind have so much young talent - Ishant, Rohit, Raina, Uthappa, Chawla, etc...
