Is teasing your hair bad for your hair?

Okay. I really like the whole "scene" look. And before anyone gets on my back about being a "poser" and all that, I don't care what you think. I'm not following trends, I'm picking out a hairstyle that I like.

Moving on, I know HOW to tease hair, but I just wanted to know if it's bad for your hair? And what exactly IS teasing your hair?

I know wat teasing mean, it mean lyk 2 make fun of something or some1 about something,... if u mean that kind of teasing 4 ur hair than,... that's pretty f****n' stupid!!!,...

my friend told me that teasing IS bad for your hair, but i do it once in a while anyways

it's like ur pushing ur hair follicles backwards ..

it damages hair though, but it if you don't do it every single day then it's OKAY, but i suggest not to tease too often

"Teasing" is to make your hair stay were you want it with out it going down! I dont think its bad for hair unless you dont brush it out when your ready to go bed then maybe because nots and take out hair when you brush it... But other than that I do it all the time! Good luck I hope I helped=]

no one likes teasing, not even your hair; teasing creates a "poof" of volume to your head.  You can tease gently, but it really is not that good for your hair as it will cause splits and breakage when you are combing it out, but it is fun to do every once and awhile.
