Is telekinesis real?

Implausible on theoretical grounds, and completely unproven when investigated with proper controls.

There is evidence from well controlled scientific experiments conducted for more than 27 years in support of telekinesis (more recently called psychokinesis or mind-matter interaction) that shows that people can influence (not control) some objects such as thrown dice, random number generators, and decaying radioactive particles (all objects in a state of flux).

I would suggest starting by reading the actual scientific research literature by the scientist that actually conducted the experiments and published the results in peer reviewed science journals before moving on to the editorials offered by skeptics concerning the research.

After that choosing to believe evidence that meets all the established criteria of every other science or rejecting it based on your personal beliefs is your personal choice.

In my opinion it is real but not in the way people commonly think of it (levitating your friends, throwing fireballs, or stopping speeding cars).

There was a "psychic" who could "move" a piece of paper under a glass cover on TV.  Later it was revealed that he was gently blowing thru the crack between the glass cover and the not-so-perfectly-flat table.

Also, if telekinesis were possible, then it would be possible to assassinate world leaders by "psychically" closing a tiny artery in their brain.  Of course, this has never happened.

Depends on who you ask.You can choose to believe it does.Many do,some even boast about doing it themselves.Investigate it with an open mind.Keep in mind seeing is believing.If you're honest the answer is no.Here's link to a leading group of telekinesis proponents.Aside from telling you it has a new name.They have nothing,not one shred of evidence to back up any of their claims.
