Is telepathy scientifically established?

is telepathy scientifically accepted or till scientist are working on it?

if it is under research, then from where could I get the latest result or working condition about it?

Seriously?  No, no one has ever proven that telepathy exists or that anyone truly has the ability.

People have been "scientifically" working on it for 70 years or more.  Research has revealed nothing of interest.  No one has ever been able to demonstrate telepathy in any properly conducted test.  The absence of any successful test, along with lots of shoddy research and considerable amounts of fraud, (like Uri Geller), in addition to the fact that the whole premise of telepathy is almost certainly a violation of physical laws, gives very little reason to think it exists.
