There is no 100% way to prevent cancer....but just choose a healthy lifestyle and avoid risky things like smoking, eating lots of red meat..etc....go to a healthy living site and check the best things to do....but cancer is natural....no medication can prevent it.

No no absolute way  to prevent  the formation  of abnormal cells. Sensible  precautions,  diet,  not smoking  will help reduce  the chances,  But an element  of risk is  still there,  especially hereditary  ones.

You would have to stay in a sealed box your whole life and have no contact with anyone also have no family history of cancer to have a chance to be clear. But that still does not mean you wont get it. Depends on what you eat & drink too.
