Is that Antonio Minotauro Nogueira from UFC fighting on the Affliction Banned card?

I'm checking out the Affliction: Banned card and weigh-in and I see a guy named Antonio " Minotauro" Rogerio Nogueira. He's fighting Edwin " Babyface" Dewees.

He looks a lot like the UFC interim Heavyweight Champion Antonio " Minotauro" Nogueira.

Is that Minotauro's (UFC) brother on the Affliction: Banned card?

Or is that Minotauro from UFC? If so, why is he fighting on the Affliction card? Doesn't he fight for the UFC? Did UFC and Minotauro have a fall out or something? What happened?
