his wife is cyberstalking her ex that she left him for go with then returned to the husband ... is that a crime to notice him that she s cyberstalking her ex ? by email anonymously or by telephone ? adultery is felony in which state ? consequences for the wife ? thanks

No, it is not a crime. it is only relaying information. The cyberstalking being done by the wife, IS a crime though. If the ex- which is being stalked so wishes he can press charges.

adultery is according to precedent and physiology, if the ex- and wife meet and have intercourse while the wife is married to the husband and NOT legally seperated.
