his wife is cyberstalking her ex that she left him for go with then returned to the husband ... is that a crime to notice him that she s cyberstalking her ex ? by email anonymously or by telephone ? adultery is felony in which state ? consequences for the wife ? thanks

  2. No, it is not a crime. it is only relaying information. The cyberstalking being done by the wife, IS a crime though. If the ex- which is being stalked so wishes he can press charges.

    adultery is according to precedent and physiology, if the ex- and wife meet and have intercourse while the wife is married to the husband and NOT legally seperated.

    Consequences will vary from state to state and even by county. Federally the cyberstalking can be up to ten years in prison, and fines of up to $10000. state could equate the adultery into any devorce settlement if the husband chooses that path. In a few case, she should lose everything if he has enough evidence against her. Being as he gained the information of her actions through you through email or phone. Then you can be called as a witness if things get to that point, but mainly you may have to just file some statements.
