Dont know about the rates and the link, they seem awfully cheap even with a shared bathroom but site looks legit..Don't send in any money till you see for your self.

As far as the area, its a good and safe area

I being myself wouldnt move to NYC in the first place. I dont wanna risk anything but if your a city guy then its a perfect place to live

hahah $950 a month in manhattan? no way...not even studios arent that cheap...

it must be just a shared room
