  1. well its too early to judge if its a scam but here are some tips.

    1. ask for samples or catalogs and to see their website

    2. ask them for references of people they have sold to in your country. and then call their clients just to make sure its real.

    3. look up the company name on www.ripoffreport.com

    4. use pay pal or some accredited payment form. do not do western union and all that.

    5. ask for their contact details and call them, see if they sound like a proffesional place.

    6. make sure they answer any questions you have and they are knowledgeable about the product they are selling you. if they sound wishy washy and not entirely sure and ignore your questions and are in a rush for you to buy, its a scam

ive been close to being scammed many times. good luck

  2. Yeah it seams really fishy....

  3. I would be weary.  Rather set this up through PayPal

  4. At this point, you asked him for pricing, and he has asked you for product information and contact information.

He's not asking for any financial information or sensitive personal information, so I don't think it's a scam. He can't get your credit card info or bank account number with the stuff you provided; if he could, he'd just need a phone book to find it out anyway.

Edit- Don't think it's a scam at this point, anyway. Never email someone your credit info or bank account info; use a secure online payment option.
