I&#039;d bet that this is a scam.  If you want to be safe, NEVER send money by Western Uniion or moneygram for any purchase.  It&#039;s the same as sending cash.  You have no recourse, no way of getting your money back.  It doesn&#039;t matter if it&#039;s to China or the next block.  The person who gets the money can simply say he never got it and claim somebody else must have collected it.  It&#039;s happened before and I&#039;m sure it will happen again.
