Is it a crime to blaspheme?

saying bad names about God, Jesus , the Bible etc? as: " i will rape God, i will f. Jesus, Jesus is the king of a. s*x, i will burn the Bible etc"

also the person is insulting the believer; as being a believer he s being insulted

all that in an internet anonymous forum

the two live abroad but the site is american and the server either.

No its not a crime against mans law but it is against Gods law,Just ignore them don't go to the site their just trying to wind people up,but they will pay a heavy price, I really do feel sorry for them they have no clue as to what is coming for them.

No. It's freedom of speech. The internet is filled with people who won't think anything about insulting your religion, race, or body type. They're called trolls and the worst thing you could possibly do to them is ignore them. They hate that.

A person could walk up to someone they don't know on the streets and say things like that in the United States. I don't know why there would be a law against it, freedoms of speech and religion are enforced.

It's not a crime but some people will treat it as such. You have the freedom to say whatever you like. Or at least to some extent.

It's freedom of speech.  however, the owner of the site (or any moderator who is acting on the owner's behalf) will be able to kick these people off the site if they do not want that content on there.
