  1. You will need a tourist visa and you will have to apply for it yourself at the consulate of spain in ur country. The possibilities are they will ask you, besides passport, a bank account as a proof you can fund your staying in spain, the trip itinerary and/or hotel bookings and the return tickets.

It is also possible they ask you invitation of a spanish resident, if you do plan to stay to a friend and not hotel.

As for extend the visa, I am not sure, but I think you cant. You need a residence card for work or studies, which is valid for 1 year. What you need for that is a contrat of work or a proof of being student. In both cases they might deny you the visa.

Another thing is that you will meet many difficulties in the airport, even with all the papers ok.

But, anyways, Spain is a nice country :)

    I hope u ll enjoy

  2. I live in spain and it is very very hard to get in nowadays if you are none EU.  they check everything.  You may be able to apply for a permanent stay but it is unlikely they will grant it. it takes almost a year and you have to prove that you are working as you have to pay into their social security system. Also you have to pay into their social security system to qualify for healthcare etc... as if you don't pay in you won't get any out. Their immigration laws are quite tough.  You are required by law over there to always carry a residents card or passport.  The police often stop people and ask to see it. If you don't have it on you they take you to jail until you can provide them with it.

  3. As long as you don't blow any one up! Just kidding, I have no idea...But you can never be too careful nowadays, right buddy!? Right!?
