THIS is why I keep telling people it isn't worth it.

    It's painful isn't it?

I try and try and try to tell all these people "Don't do it. I 5'6 girl who weigh 110 DOES NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!" And I'm sure that you were pressured into this too, by all your thoughtless and inconsiderate peers...

While I can't really help you, I must say to you that I am deeply sorry, and that it saddens me to see this happening.

I hope that you regain a normal eating habit, and that you return to full health. Please, try to stop this from happening to others as well..

It's a sickening trend of our society, and it's entirely WRONG that so many young girls nowadays STRIVE to reach the suffering you now endure.

  2. I'll tell ya, for someone who's always reading up on health issues, this one has me stumped. It could be a possibility that that's what's happening. I guess when you urinate, it makes it easier for the muscle to slide out. Besides drinking a ton of water. Are you eating anything now? Please don't hurt yourself like this. Just be strong and try and get through it. There's so much life left to live. Just please try and get better.

    Good luck and God Bless!
