  1. I think its called "6 hour power " NOT 5 hour energy...

  2. don't buy it get a red bull instead.

  3. Im not sure if it varies person to person, like most things do, but for me it was a terrible experience. My heart was completely racing and I got really dizzy. The same thing has happened to everyone one I know that has tried them. My best friend ended up going to the hospital after taking one of them, he was vomiting non stop it was ridiculous. So I wouldnt try it. Stick with regular energy drinks or coffee or tea.

Oh I forgot to mention, this was using the 5 hour energy drink. I dont know if the other variety is any different or not personally, but some of my friends that were mentioned above used both and disliked them equally.

  4. none of them are

    any energy giving substance

    that is not natural

    is not good for you

    it will make you crash

and give you a load of unneeded calories

even if it says it has no calories

the ingredients in that does end up turning into calories

  5. to the person before, there's two kinds, 5 hour energy and 6 hour power.

my husband switched from regular energy drinks to those (he works third shift and gets sleepy a lot) and he says there's not crash and not jitters.

I'm sure they're not 100% safe, but they are safer than the other energy drinks.
