Is that possible to do job in the UK or USA with IGCSE certificate which is same as GCE O Level?

I have IGCSE result . Can I work in the UK or USA ? I am for Asia.

i don't know wether it is possible to work with the Certificate or not..... i am from Egypt and i am in Engineering Faculty Now but before i was in IGCSE and all i can ensure u 100% that our Certificate is accepted by any University all over the World thus no need to have extra studies ...I wish u Good Luck.
