  1. You can't walk in, maybe on Greenland though.


  2. I'm barefoot year-round here in my country (moderate climate), but I doubt many people could do so in Greenland, definitely not without a whole lot of training. Yet I have seen read about Sherpa's barefoot in the snow ('60's National Geographic article, couple pics in the source) and Asian guru's who wear nothing but a thin, linen dress and stay out all night in the snow, so I guess it *can* be done... by those who are a whole lot more dedicated than me! :-P

    you could for sometime but if you do then you would get frostbiten and freeze...

  4. If are referring to humans and these people don't mind frostbite, I guess so.
