Is that possible to have my own free sms sending website ???

i want to have a website which visitors can send sms to mobile phones for free from my website is there any scripts for that which are free and userfriendly

can some one guide me in this

there are 2 ways of doing this:

First one isn't free, and it has been described Basically you (the website owner) pay the price of the SMS sent from your page to a provider.

Second one is you make a script that sends sms trough another free site, so what your doing here is you send the info to the Free SMS page, and they send out the SMS on their own cost.

Free SMS sending website that works is wadja.com (you need to register + it puts some ads at the end of the SMS)

Dont know any other free sms sites, or where you could get a script like i described

HEY ! why don't you ask Yahoo India Customer Care/Help Centre,

that whether you can get a Free copy of script/program for sending

SMS to any mobile in india THRU Yahoo.

Do u know? Receiving message from Yahoo , costs the receiver @Rs. 1 - Rs. 2 per SMS received. Yah ! Its true.

But sending SMS from Yahoo doesn't cost a penny.

So, Go Contact Yahoo India Web Masters/Customer Care Executive,

if they help/provide you the script/program/linkage or

permit you, Free of cost (They may permit/give Free of cost, because

Yahoo India is earning something when an sms is sent thru them as receiver operator hiddenly snatches Rs. 1 or 2.00 from the mobile user).
