More than likely its a scam. There was a similar hoax years back..odddly enough the same man that orchastarted the hoax years back is involved with this one as well. I wouldnt keep my hopes up if I where you. History has a tendancy of repeating itself.

Not at all. The rate of decomposition is not uniform. Why is the body so decayed and the head is relatively pristine? Obviously whoever is trying to pass this corpse/head off for the real deal has never seen a real animal that has died in the woods and is in an advanced stage of decay.

Well there's suppose to be a news conference today or the latest Saturday about this so called Bigfoot. We'll find out soon if it's all a big hoax.

I hope it is, but we will just have to wait.  Although most people think it is a hoax, it is pretty difficult (it seems to me) to create a fake body.  If it IS a hoax, those guys are gonna lose some friends, and I am sure they'd know that.  I personally have never believed in bigfoot but never doubted it existed.  With such wide open forests in places like Oregon and Georgia, it is definately possible they found a real body.  Did you see the results of the DNA test?  They did three - here are the results.

One came back as human.

One came back as opossum.

One didn't work because of tech. difficulties, I think.

Even though I would like to know if bigfoot exsists, who knows what people would do to them?  Lock them in cages and put them in zoos, maybe serve them up at restaurants.  

And people are asking why they never came across the bodies before - the guys that found this one said that there were 3 others surrounding the corpse.  Maybe the were burying it.  Or perhaps they were eating it...I think that some things are best being a mystery.

If you noticed at the press conference, the men who claim to have "discover" Bigfoot are constantly fidgeting. A sure sign of saying "we're just making this up for publicity"

If you look at the pictures closely, everything is blurred. What kind of camera are they using?!? You could buy a $90 camera and it would still turn out better than the ones they took.

They said to the reporters to pay them money and they will show them the "bigfoot", lying dead in a styrophone box. If they actually did find "bigfoot", they would not hesitate to show everyone the REAL creature for free.

They just want the money and publicity.

It would be great if it turns out to be real but you have to do some serious investigation into it to determine if its real. I certainly think its possible for a large creature such as a Bigfoot to remain hidden for such a long time. I mean apes are our closest relatives in the animal kingdom and have been proven to be highly intelligent. As investigative technology becomes more advanced and our forest become smaller a creature such as this may become very easy to discover. We'll have to see. You have to try and debunk it first before you can really determine if its real.
