Is that tricky in the tool video for parabola?

Amongst the few characters in the music video for Tool's Parabola, there is a dark skinned man with floating eyelash-tendrils with a familiar seeming face. Seems to quite resemble the trip-hop artist Tricky.

Any of you fly hipsters know the good word?
