How can we gaurd against potentially fatal consequences when we buy pretty much anything now?

Go to Turkey. Everything is fake there. f**s, booze, watches , the lot. There's even a counterfeit Linekars bar!

a tv programme recently told of fake medicines reaching uk hospital pharmacies. and in africa, people were dying from diabetes due to fake medicines. how cruel is that. the people that do these things should be burnt at the stake.
