Is the 12-hour clock or the 24-hour clock used in Spain (Specifically Barcelona)?

If both are used which one is more prevalent?

People talk in the 12 hour system, but most things like signs, movie listings, time & temp signs and store hours are listed in the 24hr system. This is because they don't use the am/pm abbreviations like we do.  So you would SEE the 24hrs, but still talk in 12hr. Ex: Movie listing says a movie starts at 22:15, but you still tell your amigo that it's 10:15 at night.

The 24 hour clock is almost universal in Europe.
