I'm merely curious brain-age wise, because my teacher me it is pointless to start taking an interest in academics so late in life.

Thank you so much for your time and response,

Ryan

  1. Your teacher sounds like a jerk.  The brain is always learning always developing, that is what keeps it young.  Your body doesn't even completely develop until your mid 20s or so.

  2. At 17 your brain isn't even fully developed ... sounds like your teacher has an old brain .. and never learned any psychology.

I never cared about academics until I went to college ... there I was able to take things I was interested in .
