It is availible on the  setanta sports channel which is on Direct TV. They also sell the games PPV thru the internet live please see ther website  for more details http://linux11744.dn.net/setanta/jsp/RWC... . Or you can watch them with a 24 hr delay here http://www.rugbyworldcupvideo.com/. There is also a channel called Versus that is on some cable providers that has some game shttp://www.versus.com/ . That is all I know of.
