  2. hey brutally honest have you ever got a thumbs up???? no you dumb **** coz ur answers are USELESS mate go suk up to your pathetic crows who cant keep the lead they had against collingwood with their current squad......but collingwood is a good side

and yes definitely the final series in 2008 will be an absaloute cracker!!! hopefully essendon can get in but i dont think they can

  3. well this year will b very good with cats hawks bulldogs pies all contenders

every1 will say pies have no chace but they play a differnent game in the finals and a different game agenst good teams their performance depends on who they vs. (im a roos fan)

  4. it will be better with the interstates loosing and bring the finals back to vic for a couple of years

  5. it will be great

the swans showed they are c**p 1 goal half way in the 3rd qtr

the flag will be staying in melbourne for many years

  6. Of course not.

    What a silly question!

  7. i rekon this year is gona b a cracker of a year.

i mean i believe the finals are all gonna be close games cuz we have..the cats..doggies..hawks.. all on fire.. and maggies which seem to play fairly well against competitive teams

so i rekon its gonna b great :)

    cant wait

  8. That is not fair talking about "real teams".  That Adelaide team was going so well today and it was a great game to watch until Adelaide lost 2 star players to injury.   I definitely think this season is so interesting and I am leaning towards Geelong v. Collingwood in the Premiership.   I know Footscray will probably be there but I just have a gut feeling something strange will happen and it will be Collingwood and that they might even win it as Geelong are just so perfect but something strange will happen plus Collingwood seem to go well against Geelong.

You are obviously living in Melbourne and have bias against interstate teams.  Give us a break.  Look at all the travelling they have to put up with compared to some teams I will not name who cop it sweet playing on the MCG nearly all of the time and being conditioned to Melbourne weather etc.

Having the MCG as a home ground is a huge advantage and I reckon it might have been a different story today had those two star Adelaide players not been injured.  Don't worry though you will get your wish and the Grand Final will be between two Melbourne teams this year.

  9. Should be a fun finals to watch. I want the doggies to win and lance franklin to play a shocker in the grand final. I hate the interstate teams cos i dont like how they go about their footy (i.e adelaide, port, sydney), except brisbane that is.

  10. Haha, it will be a good finals series this year, with a lot of contenders for the flag. I know Geelong's the favourite, but at least there are some genuine competition for them this year (Bulldogs, Hawks, etc). It's only natural that there are more Vic teams in the finals, because it's a cycle. A couple of years ago there were hardly any Vic teams in the top 8! It will be good for the game =)

  11. haha as long as there are some Vic teams i dont care!! and i hope its not all just a Geelong show!!

  12. This final series is shaping up to being the best yet. The cream is rising to the top. But it's a conspiracy folks. The AFL wants to get the biggest gates they can so they can bale out the clubs in real debt, and suckle new starters on the Gold Coast and in Sydney. They need the most brass they can get. How to do that? Play all the finals at the G, that's how.

Interstate clubs are being taken off life support and the game is settling back to where it began - good old Victoria.

  13. It would be great if all the finals were in Melbourne.

  14. For Geelong supporters it is , all other teams might as well give up now.

  15. its looking good with cats, hawks and dogs leading the way

at least the melbourne clubs wont have to travel interstate again to play finals

  16. **It certainly will be a good finals series and will be interesting to see how Geelong, Bulldogs and Hawthorn all go.  I think they'll be the three teams to watch.**
