Is the 256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 3650 good for running these games?

Most likely yes it also depends on what computer you have, but mine is 8 years old and can still run FEAR which is a higher end looking game, but those games won't require a lot of resources, but check with the games and compare the needs of the game to what the graphics card has. if you need some more info please use the link.
