  1. Did you need to ask this question twice ?

  2. if you weigh more than 150, I would get the 450......

  3. a CR250F would be exellent!   however, a cr250 smoker is too big of a power jump i would try the thumper...

  4. I would get the 250 fourstroke. They're way more nimble in the tight stuff. If you're doing some wide open riding like dunes I'd go with a 450 but I can guarantee you'd never use the 450 to it's full potention, shoot, I don't think most people use a 250F to it's max power.

  5. Honda makes a good bike for racing. Keep a eye on the oil height in the crankcase it tends to use a little. Put tall bars on and check valves regularly, good luck!

  6. You might try logging on thumpertalk.com and asking the same question, they are a dedicated group that are always willing to help a new rider with questions

  7. I have been racing this bike for the last two years and I absolutely love. It is my first 4 stroke race bike and I'll never own another 2 stroke again!! It would be a perfect move up from the 230F.

  8. it's great.

  9. perfect bike. I am the same size. The CRF250 has alot more power than your 230.  The 250 is an awesome race bike.  Has plenty of power and is great for MX. Hondas have a good reputation. the other guy chris m, said a CR250 which is a 2 stroke. that bike is double the power of the CRF250. It's alot harder to handle. If your comfortable on your CRF230 then the CRF250 is the bike to get. and your already used to riding 4 strokes.

  10. Maybe a cr250, but not a crf250.

  11. deffanitly any 250 four stroke is a great bike for some one your size.
