Is the 7 train running normally again, through Queens and Manhattan?

Its April 5th and the mta.info advisory still says "No trains between Woodside-61 St and Times Sq Mar 31 - Apr 2." Has service been restored? Full express service on weekdays? Normal local service on weekends? No signal problems or other issues related to the construction? Or is the 7 still having problems? (More so than their usual issues)

well i rode it on tuesday. it seemed normal but i got off at 74th street. and it was slower cause there was still some work; slower as in it took an hour to go from 90th street to 82nd street. other than that i think its pretty much back to normal
