Hail yes! I used to work at an A&W root beer drive in when I was 10...for 50 cents an hour..and I'm here to say..that stuff is real ...and real good......! over thirty five different root extracts

in the syrup..I read the label

100 gallons of A&W recipe....

96 gallons of water...

100 lbs of sugar (Yes folks one lb of sugar per gallon...)

4 gallons of concentrated extract

stir together and serve....don't ask me where I mustered up the resolve to lift a 100 lb sack of sugar...at ten years old!
