Is the A422 still closed near Brackley?

Question

I tried to take the A422 from Brackley to Banbury a couple of weeks ago and the road was closed. Is this still the case? if so, how much of it is closed? Is it possible to bypass the roadworks through Hinton-in-the-Hedges?

A quick check on the AA website says that the A422 has no incidents to report - so it sounds like it is OK today.
