Is the ANC racist against white people?

My cousin lives in Capetown, South Africa and tells me that whites are discriminated against in jobs, especially government jobs. Why can't we judge people be the content of their character?

The ANC uses Affirmative Action (reverse racism) to maintain control of all government departments and institutions. It is a legal way to install ANC cadres in jobs that are well paid as a reward for supporting the ANC and also guaranteed future support .

Although Affirmative Actions was suppose to help blacks to improve their backlog in the economy, it is in reality used  to promote the ANC's power over every aspect of public life in south africa.

Whites were removed from positions in goverment and institutions and replaced by ANC members with no experience, qualifications or   ethics. The result is massive corruption, a huge drop in government sevices, explosion in crime, ext.  And the best of all is that the very people, the poor oppresed  black masses are now even worse-off than during Apartheid.

People dying a voilent death has risen three fold, Crime has increased 1000%, goverment service has just about collaps, government  corruption steals about 10% of the tax income, our schools are rated 130 th out og 139 countries, we are slipping on every international scale related to governance.

So the only way the ANC can stay in power democratically is throgh racism. Elections based on race pollitics guarantees victory.
