I want to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T and get a new blackberry for work and personal use. Have there been problems with this one like there was with the Blackberry Pearl? What are the pros/cons of this phone? Any suggestions on what I should get instead?

  1. Quote;

    The good: The RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 adds GPS capabilities to the already impressive and sleek messaging smartphone. You also get a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and good call quality.

    The bad: The Curve 8310 doesn't offer Wi-Fi or 3G support. The Web browser isn't the sleekest, and the camera lacks video-recording capabilities. Also, unlike the T-Mobile version, you get only the proprietary BlackBerry Messenger IM client.

    The bottom line: Still offering an attractive design and excellent messaging capabilities, the addition of GPS makes the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 an even more attractive choice for road warriors.

    Specs: OS provided: BlackBerry Handheld Software;  Processor: 312 MHz; Wireless connectivity: Bluetooth 2.0

    Hope that helps

  2. I have just switched from Verizon to AT&T and I got the Blackbreey curve 8310. I love it. Everything on it works great, and it has some awesome features. Instant email, GPS, planner, free ringtones, etc. I can honestly say I have no cons to list about it. It's nothing short of awesome!
