  1. Here is the sad bit. They hav`nt peaked yet.

  2. No!  ALl the other key countries have all of their players playing in professional rugby right now.  The All Blacks have a couple of months to rest up because they are not playing in the Super 14 for most of the season.  The rest will help keep more players healthy (they already had depth anyway) and allow these fresh players to gain momentum in the international games when they start internationals as they will not be as beat up as the teams they are playing.

The human Body cannot handle playing that physically year round for a couple of years in a row and then jumping into an extremely high level of play like that.   Especially as physically as the southern hemisphere teams play.

I think the rest will make a huge difference - but when you begin to play championship level play at anything there are always suprizes because some people just play better in those situations and some play worse.

Anything can happen because that cannot really be predicted.

(By the way how about "Have the All Blacks peaked too early" instead of "is")

  3. I'm not quite sure your question makes sense?

  4. I don't think so.  We are just on a roll.  They get a rest up for a couple of months during our Super 14 and then back on track.

I have faith in Henry this time:-)

  5. NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO

  6. GO ALL BLACKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. they are the best team in the world but when comes to the world cup they fall at the final hurdle !!!

  8. No until recently they were playing too sides so they will peak at the right time this time

  9. I doubt that the All Blacks have peaked too early this time. It happened to them before and it would be a tragedy for them to make the same mistake again. Especially when you consider that they probably have not just the best team in the world right now but also the second best in my opinion. During the Autumn internationals they changed the entire team and could even do without the brilliant Dan Carter. For rugby's sake I would like to see them at their peak for September just to see how close the best of the rest get to them.

  10. Being an All Black Fan i would have to say NO. What the mighty All Blacks have done is simply raise the standard of Rugby. They have done what no other team have done and this year is their year to win the World Cup. Eventually all other teams are raising their Standard, take the Irish for example. They have been really impressing also South Africa as well as France. This years world cup will be an uphill battle but the All Blacks have proven they are the team to beat
