Is the American Vampire League for real?

There are people that refer to themselves as vampires, so an American Vampire League isn't so unbelievable. Maybe if a certain person put some thought into the question instead of calling someone retarded they would think about such things. Not everybody has HBO, and even if they do they don't nescessarily watch that particular show. I saw a full page ad in Entertainment Weekly and that's the only reason I know anything about it. Seemed plausable to me, even if it is silly.

It's a promotional gimmick for a new series on HBO called True Blood.  Don't worry.  No vampires are out to get you. :-)

i just saw the ad thing on HBO so i got on the computer and looked it up. at first i was like this is ridiculous then i found out it was a show. i felt kinda dumb b/c i was like are these people for real?

but yea i think its a part of the HBO show True Blood or something.

I don't think the original poster is asking if the vampires are real...he/she is asking if there are people crazy/stupid enough to think that they are actually vampires.

Not much unlike how stupid LJB is with his answer.

The answer is yes, there are people out there that think they are vampires..
