Question:

Is the Andy Mac Zon a good skateboard for me?

I'd like your opinion about a skateboard for me. I'm thinking about getting the Andy Mac Zon board.

About me:

-13 years, 5'10", 135 lbs

-This is my first real board

-I like the low price (about $54 on Amazon) but I'd be willing to spend up to about $80 for a really solid board (I'm splitting the cost 50-50 with my parents so if i don't like it, i only wasted $27)

-i'd probably upgrade the bearings to Bones Reds.

Also, a lot of the reviews said this is a good board for beginners, which concerns me. I definitely a beginner, but I know that I'll get good fast and I don't want to grow out of this board really fast.

Thanks for your opinions and advice!

  1. yeah that is a good deck and, yeah change the berrings or the wheels. skateboarding is hard so dont expect to grow out of the deck so soon. i bought my self a $160 board and im still using it a year later. all the tricks are hard so dont get sicouraged if you dont get one right way

    hope i helped
