Is the Answers Help message board broken?

I find myself unable to post new threads or reply to existing posts in the Answers Help & Suggestions Forum. As there has not been any activity in the forum for over an hour, I suspect the forum is broken.

Being that it is now 2 1/2 hours since the most recent post resolved, I'd suspect it is broke.

No is not broken, the problem is that everything that you see in yahoo is strictly computers, no human handles any of these..☺
