  2. No. it can run windows in virtulization, but it will run it very slow, almost unusable. you need a mac with a intel (x86) processor to run windows at native speed.

  3. if you use parallels or bootcamp you can put windows on it too

    that always slowed my macs by 25 -30% I hated it

    but work required it

    just use OpenOffice, it mimics windows beautifully, for free
