Is the Australian Army being stiffed on quality airconditioning for there mack trucks ?

The Australian Army has ordered airconditioners for there mack trucks and these airconditioners are not up to a quality standard .These airconditioners fill with dust and dirt and will slowly stop working .I have never seen such a load of garbage fitted to a mack truck and is the Australian Army being stiffed on Quality for there soldiers?.The Australian Army thinks there getting a great deal its laughable as there wasted there money . What do you think

if the Australian Army can be blinded by a dodgy airconditioner can the army do there job properly in a terroist situation or will they run and hide behind there airconditioned mack truck.?.The army is dumb so is asio .
