They did a programme on a refugee camp and had people there tell about their sufferings. Result : the Janjaweed dropped by and murdered them all.

  1. No.  Even if BBC hadn't stepped in, Janjaweed is cruel enough and has done enough to the Darfur people we cannot be guaranteed they wouldn't have dropped them anyway. Because BBC exposed many ignorant people of the  Darfurian crisis, we now know who to target in order to save what little civilized countries exist in the war zone.

  2. Sounds like they had forgot the risks and their inherent responsibilities, but not genocide no.  It was right to film, but maybe they needed to pass the film on to someone else and not broadcast.  It is a fine line and they risk themselves as they balance on that line.  I support those film crews who are willing to do this work and not those who sit at home on their butts doing nothing but judging others actions.

  3. If BBC is guilty of genocide then we should all go to jail for supporting child labor for buying cheap craps made in foreign countries.

  4. No they are not.

  5. No.  I think you will find that China - a memeber of the UN Security Council - is guilty as h**l along with the Sudanese Governemnt etc..
