Technically, NO.. because the Bahamas are not PHYSICALLY in the Caribbean Sea... but most people consider them part of the Caribbean.

Yes , in the listing  of Caribbean Countries, the Bahamas is third in line. There is Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, etc. This Country is also a  part of CARI COM (Caribbean Communities).

Im not sure on the technicalities, but we went on an eastern caribbean cruise and we went to the Bahamas...hope that helped.
