Is the Battery for New IPhone User-Replaceable?

The Battery in the previous IPhone wasn't User-Replaceable. You had to recharge, it when its down.

I find it easier to have two batteries for PDA's, if one goes down just switch to other one when the previous one is recharging. Its fast and convenient.
