If so, shouldn't Christians follow these passages?

Exodus 21:7 - It's okay to sell your daughter into slavery

Exodus 35:2 - Anyone who works on a Sunday should be executed

Exodus 21:20-21 - It's cool to beat your slaves so long as they get back up.

carithians 11:14 - Men should not have long hair (Like Sampson or Jesus)

carithians 11:19-24 - A man should not be around a woman who is having her period (well maybe there is some truth to that one)

Matthew 7:1 - you should know this one by heart

Deuteronomy 21:18-21 - This one my favorite. It's right after the man ought not lay with another man bit, and it says you should kill your children if they are unruly... Awesome!

And many, many, many more!

So what's up Christians? Why is this stuff not being mentioned by fundamentalist? Is this stuff wrong? Do you just pick to follow the parts of the Bible that just soots your hateful needs?

  1. It seems to be a main part of christianity, to pick and choose your way through the bible.  Such hypocrisy!

  2. I'd rather read Hustler..

  3. lol  Taking the bible out of context.. Atheist Style!

Edit - Hmmm I'm not a Christian, In fact I really don't know anything about the bible.... but any moron can tell these verses are taken out of context.
