Is the Blackberry Pearl a pain in the *** to text with (since you press the button more than once) compared to the Palm Centro and the Rumor by LG? those are the 3 phones I am trying to decide from. Thanks :)

nope, I went from a sidekick with a full qwerty keyboard to a Pearl, and it hasn't been a pain to text.

Get a blackberry pearl, it has  many capabilities. I always go online/email/txt when I'm in class lol.

I recommend curve cuz it haz qwerty and u are likely used to that but if u have big fingers, go with pearl...or if u don't like the larger phones(though I don't think curve is large at all)

no... I'd recommend the pearl.  Blackberrys use SureType, so it anticipates the words, which really helps.
