Is the Blackberry curve 8330 out in the UK yet?

Yes, but only on some networks, so you might have to search around a bit. The 8310 is more easily available, and with the Bold now out it might get much harder to find the earlier models. Since the contract deals for the Bold are the same as for the 8330 it's a much better choice. Phones4u have it sim-free for £350 or on a range of contracts (orange I think).
