Is the Border Patrol test hard?

I have a 4 year college degree. I received the sample test manual in the mail today. The language part of the exam looks very hard. I had 4 semesters of intermediate Spanish in college but that was 12 years ago and I have forgotten almost all of it. I must take the simulated language test now to prove that I am able to learn Spanish. I wish there were some way to show the Border Patrol management that I had Spanish in college but like all government tests, they don't take your education into consideration. All that matters is the test I guess. My college degree don't mean squat.
