Perhaps a change of laws is in order.

(People who thumbs down-If you do not think what is explained in the above links is criminal, then you clearly have no idea of/respect for the consitiution.)

  7. No! Next question please.

  8. I understand the horrors the Bush Administration is responsible for, as much as it can be understood by a person like me, and I would be comfortable to say yes to your question.  On the other hand, we have no access to the intelligence they do.  We do not see the workings and plots the enemy has.  We don't see in the media the rape and torture Iraqi officials were responsible of for years.  We don't see the beheadings of innocent civilians in Iraq.  We're not allowed into the Mosques where Imams preach hate and violence and organize the troops.  I suggest that no one can really answer these questions until they watch Sep 11 videos, the Madrid train bombings, the Cole bombing, the Embassy bombings, the photos of the cells when they are broken up, the websites, the videos of torture, and the extent Pakistan and Syria and other countries have gone to protect terrorists.

I am comfortable with the criminal acts the Bush Admin. has become guilty of, with the exception of Ms. Plame and Rendition flights and the way G. Bay is handled, without transparency and due process.  Otherwise, I can sleep at night.

  9. No.  Blame it on the Bosa Nova

  10. No way.  President George W. Bush has done what he had to do given the hand that he's been dealt.  President Bush and the Republicans have made our Nation stronger.  I wish he was elected for four (4) more years.

  11. none of your statements rise to the level of criminal action.Torture is not what we do when the object is to get information to save lives. The prisoner is only uncomfortable for a while. The outing of an agent, Who knows, that didn't seem to be criminal, her duties were done.Executive privilege is a must in those high offices, like diplomatic immunity. And the country attacked was listed by the UN as in violation of a peace treaty, or cease fire arrangement, and punishment had to follow, or the west would have been seen as weak. The other things, no opinion.

  12. Yes, and I hope Congress reconsiders impeachment proceedings.

  13. You forgot one other thing ...

  14. If you are part of or for the bush administration or a follower and potential voter for insane McCain, the answer is NO.  If you are part of the rest of society with intelligence, common sense, and understand right and wrong the answer is DEFINITELY.

    I'm going with DEFINITELY!

  15. Yes. In every aspect of the law, they should be held accountable for the crimes against humanity they have committed.

  16. nope .

  17. h**l yea!! he should go to jail

  18. Very possibly.  They are certainly guilty of getting us into an unwarranted war with Iraq, they have taken many liberties with the Constitution and our individual freedoms, and they have been lax in their policing of the banking, mortgage and finance industries to name but three.

Is it criminal?  We may well never know as it doesn't look like any of it will ever be seen in a court.

  19. absolutely.

I completely agree with all the items on this list.

I just want to add how very shameful it is to have a president who defends his right to have people tortured.

This alone could get him arrested in Europe and sent to the Hague for crimes against humanity.  Remember how Pinochet was arrested in London at Spain's behest ?

    It could happen

  20. Nope.  Don't think so at all.

  21. Absolutely not!

We were attacked on our soil. Some of the attacking force were possibly Iraqi or were trained there. Saddam was a murderer of his own people. The U.N. charter is a joke. Do you know how American prisoners are treated in their prisons? We are just giving a little payback. As for the rest of it, that fall under Homeland Security.

The only criminal actions I know of is Americans who don't have the guts to volunteer to keep our country safe from the thugs of the world. The ones who sit and criticize our leaders from behind closed doors. To me this is being a traitor and anyone doing this should also be sent to Gitmo.

    SEMPER FI!
