when an employer hires a person, he gets in touch with the Canada # immigration #

i have not heard of such an address? perhaps i am wrong?

I am also so curious to know if really the program exists. I had once been invited by a friend to complete a form tittled Canadian Foreign Workers Recruitment Program (CFWRP)- Assessment Form which I was to fill and submit a fee US $ 200 so as to acquire a job in Canadian Quebec region in farms. I have been disturbed because I was invited by a friend and when I had not completed the form, the friend has since quit contacting me. The $s was to be sent to Africa and middle east offices in Benin. Please I need clarification, is this CFWRP real? Or is it a hoax?
