Is the CIA at fault for security breaches and the twins towers 9/11?

I have met some lazy and uneducated security personnel but because of there poor people skills could 9/11 twin towers be stopped.Will Australia see the same fate as America .Will the opera house or sydney centre point tower be blown up.I think this could be possible because of arrogance of some ASIO agents towards people in today's society.Security agency lack people skills.

Never trust a spy -they are incapable of telling the truth.  

Frankly the 9/11 debacle still has some very serious questions hanging over it.  Why were intercept airforce planes asked not to intercept - months before - why did Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld decide to blame Iraq - when almost all the 9/11 people were from Saudi Arabia?

Smoke and mirrors my friend - and you can't tell who the real enemy is.  The only thing you can bet on is that all security forces degenerate.  As Lord Acton said:

Everyting secret degenerates - there is nothing secret that cannot bear public scrutiny.

Get real.  If there was anybody that didn't do their job, in the CIA or any US Government department involved on that fateful day, how come no one was demoted, prosecuted, fined or sacked.
