Is the Chazz Duelist pack for yu gi oh discontinued?? if not, where can i find one?

Yeah, they are discontinued. If you go to your local card shop, the only ones they will have are the ones that they haven't sold yet. You can, however, buy them online, like at pokeorder.com or somewhere else you trust. Hope I helped.
