The best time to go to the Cheesecake Factory is around 3 pm on a Monday.

By the way, Cheesecake Factory is over rated and way over priced. Just my opinion.

Yes, it is extremely busy from 7 - 9. Not only is there a wait, but there's a wait to even get on the waiting list!

It's super busy! The very first time we went we waited two hours to be seated. It was a Saturday night.

I treaval a lot for work and the Cheese Cake Factory is the only place (other than PF Chang's) that I have been to in over...hmmm, eight states that is always busy at dinner no matter what day of the week.

I would like to invest in one and make a ton...ha.

See if they take reservations.  Telll them it is for a special day.
